Responsibilities:

• Set-up a small sales team in USA, Europe, Australia, Africa
• Meet annual sales target set by corporate.
• Formulate sales strategy and drive the sales and revenue targets
• Set up best practices and directions to grow the key accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business, Economics, Computer Science or any related disciplines
• 3-4 years of sales and business development experience in e-Commerce or Advertising
• Energetic and creative 

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements effective channel management strategy and plan, and creates programs that create interest for companies to become distributors.
• Reviews distributor model and agreement to suit the changing market to ensure network coverage.
• Identifies potential distributors' needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests.
• Partners with sales manager to provide support to distributors in identify potential end-users and drive opportunities.
• Devises implements and monitors programs to drive revenues through these channel partners.
• Develops initiatives and processes to obtain regular feedback from distributors on distribution channel strategy and programs.
• Maintains a reliable communication mechanism with sales, marketing and other departments to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above business or related field. Master degree is preferred.
• 8+ years progressive industry experience with extensive successful experience in developing a distributor channel.
• Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build Sales through online Marketing
• Build brand through online marketing
• Both Traditional Marketing and Guerilla Marketing expected
• Taking an established company for over 4 Years and building the recognition through Email Campaigns, Face book Marketing,  Google Ad words,  Affiliate Programs
• Assistance in building placement on keyword searches
• Assistance in working with web developers to develop website

Requirements:

• 5 years of sales and business development experience in e-Commerce or Advertising
• Energetic and creative

Responsibility:

1. Marketing & Sales experience in adult toys industry
2. Aggressive, sales-oriented team player
3. Has the customer resources of EMS, OEM and ODM and wholesales channels in US or Europe

Commission:

1. Competitive commissions mechanism up to 35% profit sharing
